Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Rockville Centre, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across New York run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

I went to the place after school since I’m so hungry and the restaurant and people didn’t fail to amaze me from having an attentive server and to generous of the food serving. 🫶🏻 I paid only $23 for everything in the table.

First time I came here was in 2020 on a date. It was an awesome experience. Recently I began working in Rockville Centre, around the corner from this location. I was excited to get their ramen for lunch, but wary of a to go order. Wasn’t sure how to expect it. I’ve since made it almost a weekly thing. I get the chicken shoyu since I don’t eat pork. It’s always good. And best of all I don’t lose my entire lunch break waiting. Very prompt. I will always suggest.

Cute cozy, spot in RVC if you're in the mood for some yummy ramen or bowls including poke. Lots of tasty choices and they have a lunch special plus free noodle refills for dine-in customers. Staff are friendly, helpful, attentive & quick with service. The restaurant is clean, well kept and cheery. Good spot for quick bite in you're in the neighborhood.

Excellent vibe as soon as you walk in, although just a bit chilly. There were a couple of space heaters dispersed that provided some comfort, but it didn't help that it felt like 20 degrees outside and slightly chilly every time the door opened. Beyond that... great service, smiling servers, delicious food, served quickly, and exceeded expectations on flavors. The shrimp shumai was Excellent!! My friend recommended this spot and loves their Ramen with bok choy. The bathroom 🚻 is surprisingly large & super clean. Overall, #GoodEats #theresthatfoodie #LocalGem

Tried the Yakisoba and it was amazing! It came out sizzling, but after a few minutes it cooled down little by little and the flavors of the slightly crunchy veggies and noodles were great. Added rice on the side but realized I didn't need much of it. So took home the rest! Family ordered the Ebi tempura among other things and we got to share and taste each other's dishes. Though they were pleasantly happy with their orders, I didn't find nearly as much flavor in them as mine had. I was happy with mine, they were happy with theirs. They accept cash AND credit. It was our first visit here, but will definitely be back!
